AAI

Grace Fund

The GRACE Fund was developed to assist families who might not have the means to cover all the costs of adoption and who would like to adopt one of the children (or siblings) who seem to wait the longest for adoptive families. The fund will be used to reduce the agency fees paid by the family. Funds could be available for families adopting children designated by AAI as more difficult to place. These would include:

  • Boys 10 and older or sibling groups of boys where the youngest is 6 or older
  • Sibling groups of 3 or more
  • Girls 12 and older (single or in sibling groups)
  • Children (any age) with special needs (e.g. blind, deaf, HIV+ sibling)
  • Children (any age) who have been at Layla House for more than 18 months
Please view our new short video about how AAI’s Grace Fund has helped our longest-waiting children find loving families!
