Ghana – Post Placement

After placement of a child families are required to provide post placement reports to Adoption Advocates International. There are two types of reports that are required, family reports and agency reports. Below is a schedule of the reports due for Ghana as well as the required format.

Family reports: due 1, 3, and 6 months after placement, then annually until your child reaches the age of 18.

Agency reports: due 1, 3, and 6 months after placement.

Photos: 6-8 good quality photos are required with each report submission.
