China – Post Placement

After placement of a child families are required to provide post placement reports to Adoption Advocates International. There are two types of reports that are required, family reports and agency reports. Below is a schedule of the reports due for China as well as the required format.

Family reports: due 6 and 12 months after placement.

Agency reports: due 6 and 12 months after placement.

Photos: 6 good quality photos required with each report submission, including one FAMILY PHOTO.
